Cashew Alfredo Pasta

You will need:


Blender

Strainer

Medium size Pot

Medium size Bowl



Alfredo Sauce Ingredients:


1 1/4 Cup Raw Cashews

2-3 Cloves Garlic

1-2 Cup Almond Milk

1/2 Tablespoon Curry

1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1/2 Tablespoon Paprika



Gluten Free Pasta Ingredients:


Box of Gluten Free Pasta

Pinch of Salt

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil


Additional Ingredients:

Black olives 

Spinach

Sun Dried Tomatoes

Sauteed Veggies


Directions:

1. In a blender, combine all Cashew Alfredo Sauce ingredients in the blender and blend til smooth. Set aside.

2. Cook Gluten Free Pasta ingredients in a medium size pot. Most gluten free pastas need 10 minutes or so. Strain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

3. Wash the medium size pot out. Now put the cooked and rinsed pasta back into the pot with the Alfredo sauce. If the pot is too small get a larger pot. 

4. Chop up the black olives, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach. Add them to the pasta and sauce and stir on low heat. 

5. You can serve this with some sauteed veggies on the side or a salad. Super rich and creamy!
