2 Red or Green Apples
1/2 Bunch of Dandelion Greens
3 Celery Stalks
1 or 2 inch piece of Ginger
1 Cup of Spinach or Kale
1 Cup of fresh Pineapple chunks
1. Wash and chop all ingredients before hand to save time and add any other fruits and veggies you want. I love beets in my green juice and also carrots.
2. Start with 1 apple and 1 cucumber. Juice all other ingredients in between and finish off with another apple and cucumber. This will wash down and rinse out any other veggie juice that may be stuck. Especially if you add a piece of fresh aloe vera. Ending with the super juicy apple and cucumber will flush it all thru.
3. After juicing make sure to stir the juice up before serving and wash out your juicer right away so you can be ready for the next one!
4. Make green juicing and smoothies a daily routine! You can alternate between juice and smoothies to save time and create variety.
