3 Cups Water
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 Cups of Greens (Kale, Spinach, or Chard)
Small handful of sprouts (broccoli, alfalfa, sunflower)
1/2 of an Avocado
2 Cups Frozen Fruit (berries, cherries, pineapple, etc)
1 or 2 scoops of Green Powder/Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1. Start with 3 Cups of Water and 2 Cups of Almond Milk ONLY if you have a large VitaMix or a blender just as large. If not, reduce liquid ratio to 2 Cups of Water and 1 Cup of Almond Milk.
2 Add in fresh fruits. Banana, Apple and Avocado. You can also just use frozen fruits but I like to mix fresh and frozen in all my smoothies.
3. Next up, the 2 Cups of fresh Greens and handful of sprouts
4. Again you can reduce these measurements for a smaller blender. Add frozen fruits of your choice, green powder/protein powder, and the coconut shreds.
