You will need:

Medium size bowl

Grater


Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Hemp seeds

1/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds

1/4 Cup Walnuts (Chopped)

1 Avocado (diced)

1/2 a Head of Romaine Lettuce

1 Tablespoon Tahini

1 Carrot (shredded)

1 Tablespoon Dulse

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Lemon (just a splash)

2 Tablespoons Hummus

1 Tablespoon Tumeric Powder

1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos

Dash of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt


Directions: 

1. Chop up Lettuce into bowl. Add diced avocado, shredded carrots, nuts and seeds.

2. Now add tahini, seasonings, and hummus. Mix and mash avocado into a paste/dressing. 

3. Then add oil, splash of lemon, and coconut aminos. Salt to taste.
