Sea Moss Protein Smoothie

You will need:

Blender 



Ingredients:


Sea Moss Gel or 1/2 a Cup of soaked Sea Moss 

1 Cup Almond Milk/Apple Juice

Sunflower Seeds

Hemp Seeds

Maple Syrup, Honey or Agave

Banana




Directions:


1. In a Blender, use a few scoops of Sea Moss Gel or a small handful of fresh Sea Moss. The powder is ok too. I just prefer fresh. 

2. Pour in a cup of almond milk and or apple juice. 

3. Add hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, a banana 

4. Now add a dash of your favorite sweetener or more fruit to create different flavors!
