This is a perfect way to start your day with a savory breakfast. Quinoa is a great substitute for eggs in the morning! Quinoa contains omega 3, 6 and protein! This can also be wrapped in the coconut wraps listed in the Snack section to create a nice breakfast burrito! Mmm!
Now this is one of my most favorite recipes! You never can have too much Carrot Tuna! It's super diverse, kinda strange, and wildly addicting! It does require more work since you have to juice to get the pulp initially. But once you do that, it's smooth sailing from there! Now this one is a little advance but well worth any of the trouble. Raw Tacos bring life to any party and the variations are endless! You can incorporate other fun recipes into this one as additional toppings, such as quinoa and black rice for more protein and grains.
Here's another Stir Fry recipe! You never can have too many stir fry's! LOL! This one is more elaborate for a nice big dinner portion. It has brown rice and wild rice instead of the quinoa in a lighter Breakfast Stir Fry dish. If you aren't eating rice you can substitute with quinoa or leave out the grains. You can also add coconut milk or my Coconut black rice recipe to give this a nice Thai Stir Fry feel!
I've gotten many request for such a simple yet totally awesome recipe! Black Rice is super high in antioxidants, more than berries! Just don't eat too much and eat with lots of veggies and salads. Rice of any kind should be eaten in moderation. This is a super rich and creamy filling dish! When you're craving some comfort food or having cravings for something to fill you up, this is the go to recipe. Pair with one of my salads and raw spaghetti dishes!
