Now this is one of my most favorite recipes! You never can have too much Carrot Tuna! It's super diverse, kinda strange, and wildly addicting! It does require more work since you have to juice to get the pulp initially. But once you do that, it's smooth sailing from there! It should be served with tahini dressing on lettuce, in a wrap, or seaweed, with raw crackers, with avocado, with tomato, or black rice! Really is the bomb! Hope you enjoy!
