Many things can be added to green smoothies and there are countless flavor combinations you can come up with! Drink your greens! Everyday and feel the difference!

Now this is one of my most favorite recipes! You never can have too much Carrot Tuna! It's super diverse, kinda strange, and wildly addicting! It does require more work since you have to juice to get the pulp initially. But once you do that, it's smooth sailing from there! Tahini Maple Dressing is one of my all time favorites! Tahini is made from Sesame Seeds and is very high in calcium. This is a tangy and slightly sweet dressing. Very quick and easy!
